A day of real baking.

Our courses run regularly on Sundays. Whether you've never baked a loaf or you're refining your sourdough, there's something for everyone.

You'll work with real dough, learn traditional techniques, and go home with the skills (and the bread) to keep baking.

Bake several loaves during the day and take them all home with you.

What to expect.

  • When: Sundays, run regularly throughout the year
  • Duration: Full day, approximately 10am to 4pm
  • Level: Beginners through to experienced bakers
  • Group: Small groups for a personal experience
  • Location: 40 Challoner Street, Cockermouth
  • Includes: Ingredients, recipes, lunch, and refreshments
