Our courses run regularly on Sundays. Whether you've never baked a loaf or you're refining your sourdough, there's something for everyone.
You'll work with real dough, learn traditional techniques, and go home with the skills — and the bread — to keep baking.

What to expect.
- When: Sundays, run regularly throughout the year
- Duration: Full day, approximately 10am – 4pm
- Level: Beginners through to experienced bakers
- Group: Small groups for a personal experience
- Location: 40 Challoner Street, Cockermouth
