Our courses run regularly on Sundays. Whether you've never baked a loaf or you're refining your sourdough, there's something for everyone.

You'll work with real dough, learn traditional techniques, and go home with the skills — and the bread — to keep baking.

What to expect.

  • When: Sundays, run regularly throughout the year
  • Duration: Full day, approximately 10am – 4pm
  • Level: Beginners through to experienced bakers
  • Group: Small groups for a personal experience
  • Location: 40 Challoner Street, Cockermouth
  • Includes: Ingredients, recipes, lunch, and refreshments
